This course is a close investigation of all aspects of Nixon's term as president, 1969-1974.

Class assignments and grading
The class will meet as a seminar, so preparation for and participation in the discussions will be very important. We will first read the book by Melvin Small and prepare short papers on each of his chapters. Then each student will choose a topic for research and a longer paper (10-12 pp).
