Tutorial in Geography

Intensive directed study and tutoring. Literature reviews, formulations of project outlines and research designs, orientation in contemporary geographic thought and trends. Directed writing. Required for honors students. Offered: AWSp.

Class description

The Honors tutorial in Geography finishes. This term we finish data collection, undertake analysis, determine findings that answer our research questions and produce the final thesis draft.

Class assignments and grading

Students submit revisions of previous work, along with new elements of their thesis.

Participation in class discussions, peer-review. Iterative progress on student's own thesis.
