Class description

Short intensive course taught by an experienced research program manager. Goals: explain the proposal process from defining the problem and proposing a solution, to analyzing reviewers, choosing a presentation strategy, and the actual writing.

Class assignments and grading

Each student must enter with a research idea and a possible funding source in mind. Each student will design, write, and edit (ready for submission) a small proposal by the end of the course.
