Class description
This class will cover the both the engineering and scientific aspects of processing various forms of biomass into liquid fuels, with particular emphasis on lignocellulosic biomass sources. It will also provide an overview of the various source of renewable energy being considered for or in use in the US - biomass, solar, wind, geothermal, tidal, and hydroelectric.
