Critical evaluation and discussion of published research in the broad field of forest resources. Topics and requirements vary. Offered: AWSp.

Class description

This class will cover the engineering and science aspects of processing various forms of biomass into liquid fuels, with particular emphasis on lignocellulosic biomass sources and ethyl alcohol produciton. It will also cover process fundamentals of biomass for energy generation and high value bioproducts.
