Focuses on reading and analysis of academic texts, such as those found in textbooks, newspaper articles, journal articles, and research reports, used for writing in various rhetorical styles at the paragraph level. Second in the three-course AEP writing sequence. Prerequisite: either ENGL 101 or placement by test score.
