Analysis of decisions by individuals and by firms and of outcomes in factor and product markets. Policy issues and applications. Prerequisite: ECON 200; either MATH 112, MATH 124, MATH 127, MATH 134, or MATH 145. Offered: AWSpS.
Class description
The course will cover many of the basic areas of Microeconomics needed to be prepared for 400 level courses. This includes, but is not limited to Consumer Theory, Theory of the Firm, Game Theory, Market Analysis. If we have a few class periods left, we can move into externalities and public finance/natural resource topics.

Clear, correct and logical progression through a problem, correct solutions (obviously). Recognizing what is being asked and being able to apply learned concepts to get to the solution is essential.
