Introduction to Microeconomics

Analysis of markets: consumer demand, production, exchange, the price system, resource allocation, government intervention. Recommended: MATH 111. Offered: AWSpS.

Class description

This class is an introductory course to economics. It presents an economic approach to thinking about how and why society works the way it works, looking from household, firm, and government perspective.
