Emphasis on developing design and technology problem-solving skills through laboratory and project evaluation.
Class description
Class will focus on design, research and fabrication. The student will be expected to complete a wearable costume. The aim of this class is to support the participant in fabricating their character. It is intended for Anime enthusiasts, costume professionals, fiber artists, design students and has a prerequisite of basic sewing skills.
Student learning goals
The student will learn how to use professional shop equipment, machine and hand sewing techniques.
