Theatre Technical Practice

Intensive lecture-laboratory in basic theories, techniques, and equipment of the stage. Technical procedures.

Class description

This course covers the basics of scene design for the theatre. Students will receive instruction on methods of analysis of design challenges, collection of visual research, design within spatial and technical limitations, and the development of a final presentation of a design for a play.
