Class description
The objective of the class is to approach ballet class as an artistic endeavor while continuing development of all advanced areas of ballet technique. Class focuses on anatomically sound technique, with respect for individual physical limitations. Course emphasizes knowledge of the classical vocabulary, sound alignment, deep muscular core support, and efficient movement mechanics, as well as qualitative and expressive musical phrasing.
