Class description
This is an elective course in the Master of Science in Construction Management program. This course provides an overview of international construction project management from selection through acquisition, planning, execution and closing. It is designed to augment the basics of domestic project management with information pertinent to the global project environment outside the United States, identifying risks involved and discussing problem solutions.
