Class description
An in-depth understanding of the design professional's and contractor's relationships with each other, clients, subcontractors, workers, and the public.

General method of instruction
Lecture/discussion led by the instructor and his guests. Students' opportunity to participate depends necessarily on class size and the material to be covered.
Recommended preparation
This course is required for CM students. Interested non-CM majors may enroll in ARCH 574.
Class assignments and grading
Each week students should preview the website's class outlines, then read cases and problems in the text and Washington cases and statutes as assigned.
Students earn scores on a research paper, leadership in class discussion, and class participation. Grades are based on their total scores.
