Class description
The students will obtain knowledge and systematic skills necessary to establish both conceptual and detailed estimates for construction projects based on specifications, drawings, and cost data books, with emphasis on quantity take-off and pricing for the most fundamental construction elements including site work, concrete, masonry, metal, and wood.
