Class description
Seminar course to introduce first quarter graduate students to graduate study in Transportation and Construction at the University of Washington. Students will be provided with information regarding the research in transportation and construction that is ongoing at the University of Washington, and in these fields more broadly. We will discuss the expectations for student research projects and develop a list of requirements for the research project. By the end of the quarter students are expected to identify an area of research and conduct literature review in this area.

Every class will involve presentation to the students, as well as discussion and reflection.

Graduate student in Transportation/Construction.
