Focused discussion of on-going research in conservation biology occurring in the instructor's laboratory. Graduate status required, or permission of instructor for undergraduates.
Our discussions center on developing research projects of the participants. Often we help brainstorm projects, trouble shoot analyses, provide feedback on grant proposals or manuscripts.
In Autumn 2012, a particular focus will be on reviewing chapters for a forthcoming text in Conservation Biology, and brainstorming appropriate weblinks for the text that support student learning.
