Recent developments in one field of astronomy or astrophysics.
Class description
We will cover a broad range of topics in modern astronomy. The focus of the course will be: the latest discoveries in cosmology, extragalactic astronomy, stellar astronomy and astrobiology. Each class will be lead by a researcher in one of these fields and, at the end of each presentation, we will discuss the ideas and research presented.
