Intermediate Drawing

Prerequisite: ART 132.

Class Description

ART 265 INTERMEDIATE DRAWING Winter 2003 5 credits. A further exploration of issues of vocabulary, practice, and materials raised at the introductory level. Students will begin to focus on self selected locations to explore common themes of scale, duration and material in large long term drawings.

In-class drawing from both observation and memory; in-class critique of class drawing.

Recommended preparation

Class Assignments and Grading

Constant drawing.
