Class description
Transmedia Properties: From Micky Mouse to Angry Birds Transmedia storytelling is the art of telling stories across multiple media, where each component makes a distinctive and valuable contribution to the whole. Each week the class will look at a different entertainment property and discuss its transmedia elements across a variety of platforms. We will also explore , the strengths and weaknesses of each medium, and how to create transmedia experiences that are greater than the sum of their parts.
