Class description
Spring 2010 Health and sustainability can be studied at personal, local, national and global levels. In this course we will focus on health at the personal level while exploring how decisions and behaviors at one level may support or challenge decisions and behaviors in other levels. Examples will be drawn from the spheres of nutrition and exercise.
