There are new ways to search for GCA contacts

Grant and Contract Accounting's recent reorganization means that you'll probably be talking to some new people when you call us with questions about your grant or contract budget administration. But how will you know who in our office should be your first (and best!) point of contact? We've redesigned our contact pages to make the process as easy as possible. The new search options cater to whatever level of contact information you may or may not already have for GCA:

If you need to know which GCA team is assigned to your school or college, you can find that information on the listing of GCA Staff by Schools/Colleges.

If you know the name or number (Team 1, Team 2, etc) of your school or department's contact group but aren't sure how to reach them, try looking up the GCA Staff by Team to find the names and numbers you need.

If you'd like to find out which GCA team or individual handles a particular job function in our office, consult the GCA Staff by Job Function list.

If you'd simply like to look up the name or email address of someone specific, the listing of GCA Staff, A-Z is a quick and easy reference.

If you know the Budget Number, Organization Code or Grant Number then you can use the GCA Team Search Engine.

*Please note: all sub budgets will be managed by the team that handles the parent budget. Use one of the methods above to locate the contact information for the appropriate team.
