Equipment Reservations

Follow the instructions below to reserve audio/visual equipment for a class or special event.

Classroom Equipment

The majority of general-use classrooms at the University of Washington are already equipped with basic audio/visual equipment. A comprehensive listing of CSS-supported equipment in general-use classrooms is available at the Classroom Planning & Schematics page. If you have already reserved a room, you do not need to reserve the equipment, although usage fees (see below) may still apply.

Usage Fees

Depending on the type of activity, fees may be charged for use of CSS-supported equipment. Please familiarize yourself with the CSS Fee Structure before requesting equipment.
