Technology Management Master of Business Administration Degree (TMMBA)

This is a program designed to assist local technology companies grow and retain their talent pools. It is an MBA program for technology professionals on a technology schedule. The intensive 18-month curriculum focuses on management issues faced in high technology environments. Offered partly in Bellevue and partly on the Seattle UW campus, this self-supporting program combines the technology focus of the UW Business School and the need for technology professionals to gain business expertise. Each class of 50 students will be exposed to management issues encountered in high technology environments, be they in such high tech industries as software, hardware, biotechnology, or telecommunications, or in the high tech operations of traditional organizations such as those in banking, aerospace, or government. The Tools for Transformation funding joins other seed monies from SBA in launching this program.
