Rise! 2 Hip-hop Show: Women Reshaping History through Hip-Hop
Tuesday, March 3, 2009, 7-10 p.m., North Husky Den at the HUB
Rise! 2 is an all-women hip-hop production taking place on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at the North Husky Den at the Husky Union Building, on the UW campus. This event will be free and open to the public and will include performances by local emcees, deejays and b-girls.

This show celebrates the accomplishments of women in history as well as female artists in the male-dominated hip-hop scene. Partners for this project include: CARA, ASUW, FIUTS, RHSA, Panhellenic, UW Latino Policy Association, ECC and HFS.
