Welcome Lisa and Dan!

The Husky Band is pleased to welcome Lisa Buchheit to the position of Husky Band/Cheer Director of Operations. Lisa will be a familiar face to many of you, as she held a similar position from 2006 to 2009. Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position and we are thrilled to have her back. Lisa resides in Shoreline with her husband Marcellus, cats DivaDot, BabyDot, BabyMan and Bryan, and their dogs Schroeder and Braveheart. WELCOME BACK LISA!

Dan McDonald
Dan McDonald is the latest in the Husky Band’s long line of outstanding graduate teaching assistants. Dan is no stranger to being a Husky, as he comes to the UW as an “East Coast Husky” having just completed his master’s degree from UConn, (yes, the same UConn that has twice knocked us out of the NCAA Tournament in the last seconds) and promises to bring the same mojo to our basketball program. Dan is working on a doctorate in conducting and will serve as graduate assistant for the next three years. I hope you will all join me in welcoming Dan to our Husky Band family!
