Carolyn C. Hale, '78, works with many students from the University of Washington through the Circle of Friends for Mental Health. She writes, "We are always looking for supporters, teachers, board members, committee members. At this time we are seriously considering setting up a new model with the leading executive director to have a documented mental Illness, and to have at least half of the board with documented mental illnesses. Our office is in the University Christian church, 4731 15th Ave. NE, Seattle, 98105."

Music therapist Wendy Zieve shares word about newsletters of note. She writes, "You may find these of interest; they are international newsletters about early childhood music therapy, stating the latest research, projects, best practices." Read an article on the use of songs in therapy; read other articles about inclusion, Floortime, parent involvement, bilingual education, infants, disaster trauma, and a musical water instrument.
