This POD Webinar is for those seeking better ways to manage the stress resulting from the increasing demands of the information age. Participants learn how different types of stress affect mental and physical well-being and learn neuroscience techniques to rewire their brains for greater peace and productivity. Content includes how thinking can increase or decrease your stress, common habits that lead to stress, rewiring the brain to think and respond differently, simple processes to reverse the effects of stress, mindfulness techniques, and creating a personal stress relief plan.
