Suzzallo Library 9-L

General: The Suzzallo Library (University Libraries) is the primary library for the University of Washington housing the main reasearch collection, the Suzzallo Reading Room, Government Documents, Microforms and Newspapers, Periodicals, Childrens Literature and Curriculum, Interlibrary Borrowing Service and Maps. A Variety of faculty and student study rooms and carrels, are located in this building.

Parking: The Central Plaza Garage (CPG) Levels C1 through C5 have ADA compliant spaces.

Dial-A-Ride: Stop #26 is located in Central Plaza Garage, C1 level, near Kane Hall.

Stop #47 is located at Johnson Circle on Grant Lane.

Stop #63 is located on Skagit Lane near entrance to Gowen Hall.

Entrances: Entrance #1 is the main library entrance from "Red Square". There is an exterior ramp up to the entrance terrace, a 35" doorway, and an automatic door with paddle controls. Ask at the west entrance information desk for wheelchair route information. Direct access to Allen Library is on floors, ground, 2nd , 3 rd and 4th.

Elevator(s): Elevator #90,91, 92, 93 & #94 are centrally located, serving floors G through 5, highest button 46".

Restrooms: Accessible restrooms for men and women are located on the ground, 1st, 3rd, and 5th floors. There are more accessible restrooms in Allen Library.

Fountains: Spout heights, 1st, 2nd and 4th - 40.5", 3rd - 39.5", and 5th - 43".
