Program Registration

Program Registration deadline is Monday, April 18th, 2021

Program Registration is meant for program staff to register and pay for all GEG Symposium attendees. UW-affiliated programs will have the option to request an invoice to facilitate direct budget transfers, but all non-UW programs are expected to pay for registrations immediately via credit card.

BEFORE beginning the registration process, please ensure you have the following attendee information available for everyone in your group:

  • Registrant Full Name
  • Registrant School E-Mail Address
  • Registrant Type
    • Staff
    • Student Research Presenter
    • Student Attendee
  • Program Affiliation

Instructions on how to view, modify, or cancel your registration will follow in your registration summary and confirmation e-mails once you have registered attendees.

Requests for additional Staff and Student attendee registrations made after Monday, April 12, 2021 will be considered on a space-available basis: e-mail uwmcnair@uw.edu if you want to inquire about registering after the April 12, 2021 registration deadline.

Refund Policy: Any registration changes or cancellations for a full refund must be made by April 12, 2021. From April 13-21 there will be cancellation fees issued that vary based upon registration type:
  1. Full price Staff and Student registrations will be issued a $50 fee.
  2. Early Bird Student registrations will be issued a $25 fee.
No refunds will be issued once the GEG Symposium commences on April 22, 2021.

GEG Symposium Registration Costs:

  • Student: $150.00 per student
  • Staff: $225.00 per staff registration
