“At the Men’s Health Center at UW, we treat all aspects of men’s urologic, reproductive and sexual health. We offer a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to the evaluation and treatment of men using cutting edge technology and research.

As a specialist at the Men’s Health Center, I am excited to bring all aspects of a male’s health together to allow for individualized state of the art evaluation and treatment. I work closely with female reproductive experts to offer a complete and comprehensive treatment plan for couples having fertility issues. I enjoy making patients feel engaged in their healthcare decisions.”

Dr. Ostrowski is an assistant professor of urology whose expertise includes the clinical and surgical treatment of male infertility, andrology, male reproductive and sexual health.

Dr. Ostrowski earned his bachelor degree at Cornell University in Chemical Engineering graduating Cum Laude. He earned his medical degree from St. Louis University and completed his general and urologic surgery residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR. He completed a fellowship in andrology, male infertility and men’s health at the University of Washington and stayed on as faculty after completing fellowship.

He is an active member of the American Urological Association, Society for the Study of Male Reproduction, American Society of Reproductive Medicine, and Sexual Medicine Society of North America.

As a Men’s Health Specialist, Dr. Ostrowski is an expert in minimally invasive microscopic vasectomy reversal; testicular sperm extraction; micro-TESE; advanced sperm retrieval techniques in azoospermic men; no-scalpel vasectomy; penile prosthetic surgery; surgical treatment of Peyronie’s Disease; Xiaflex® injections for Peyronie’s Disease; hormonal therapy for infertility and hypogonadism.
