Christopher Loftus, MD

Chief Resident, PGY-6




Dr. Loftus is a Urology Resident from Germantown, WI. He received his bachelor’s degree in Medical Microbiology and Immunology with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his medical doctorate from the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. In his medical training he received a grant from the American Society of Nephrology to study nutrition and kidney stones.

His prior research areas include urologic complications in spina bifida patients and their transitions of care as well as optimizing management of kidney stones with ureteroscopy. Outside of medicine he enjoys endurance sports, specifically long-distance triathlons and marathon running.
