2020 Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium

The  virtual Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium during the final week of Summer Quarter highlights the work of approximately 60 summer scholars from the UW, across the country, and Japan who conduct research in a range of STEM fields.

Registration is required to attend the presentations. If you have not registered yet, you may register anytime prior to the date of Symposium. All information on how to access the conference will be emailed to registered attendees.

  • Presentations will be viewed over Zoom; download the latest version and create a Zoom account to ensure you’re able to access the room prior to August 19.
  • To avoid any audio or video delays or freezing, make sure no one else is on the network at the time or doing something that is data heavy.
  • Close all other tabs and pause non-essential background operations.
  • Restart your computer before the event starts.
  • If you are new to Zoom please refer to the video tutorials that are provided by zoom under their resource tab.
