There are a lot of blank rows at the top of the table, so you&#8217;ll need to scroll down a few times to see the names. If you don&#8217;t find the user on the list, ask them to sign into SAGE (sage.washington.edu) once. This adds them to the database of Sage Users and then you can select them.<\/p>\n<p>Select an appropriate role for the person. Choices are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GCA Manager<\/li>\n<li>GCA BFAL<\/li>\n<li>GCA Research Accountant<\/li>\n<li>GCA Cash<\/li>\n<li>GCA Front Desk<\/li>\n<li>GCA System Support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For each of the fields, select or enter a value.<\/p>\n<table class=\"table table-bordered\">\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th width=\"30%\">Field<\/th>\n<th width=\"70%\">Description<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Group Label<\/td>\n<td>Enter a team name<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Group Description<\/td>\n<td>Enter an appropriate description for the team<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Manager<\/td>\n<td>Use the drop-down menu to select the manager<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>BFAL<\/td>\n<td>Use the drop-down menu to select the BFAL for this group<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Default Location<\/td>\n<td>Pick the appropriate Desk from the drop-down menu<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Group Email<\/td>\n<td>Enter the desired email address for this team<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Group Phone<\/td>\n<td>Enter the desired phone number for this team<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Click\u00a0<strong>Update<\/strong> to save your changes, or\u00a0<strong>Cancel<\/strong> to return to the list without making any changes.<\/p>\n<p>Use the\u00a0<strong>Delete<\/strong> link to mark a group as inactive.<\/p>\n<p>To return to the\u00a0<strong>Manage GCA Groups, Users, Locations and Organization Mappings<\/strong> page, select <strong>Back to Choices<\/strong> at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This tool allows an Administrator to add a new user, or to update the information for an existing user, as shown in the following image.
