Enter one or more criteria to find items, then lick the Search button, or press the Enter key, to begin the search.\u00a0 More specific searches will return fewer results.<\/p>\n

Received After<\/b><\/td>\nEnter a date to restrict the results to any items received on or after that date. For example, enter 6\/1\/2020 and the results will only display those items received on or since 6\/1\/2020.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Received Before<\/b><\/td>\nEnter a date to restrict the results to any items received before that date. For example, enter 6\/1\/2020 and the results will only display those items received prior to 6\/1\/2020.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Location<\/b><\/td>\nThis defaults to including all locations. If you want to limit your search results to specific locations, uncheck the All Locations check box, then check the desired ones. Checking a team box will include all desks for that team.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Show Form Types<\/b><\/td>\nThis defaults to including all types. If you want to limit your search results to specific types, check just the desired ones.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Show Action\/Request Types<\/b><\/td>\nThis defaults to including all action\/requests types. If you want to limit your search results to specific types, uncheck the All Action\/Requests Types check box, then check the desired ones.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Budget Number<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the complete number, with or without the hyphen.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Biennium<\/b><\/td>\nUse the drop-down menu to select the appropriate biennium value.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Item Number<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the entire item number with or without the prefix (FA, ADV, PAC, etc.). The same number may appear for more than one item type. The prefix plus number is unique within the system.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
eGC1 Number<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the entire eGC1 number with or without the prefix (A).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Dollar Amount<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the exact dollar amount.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
PI Last Name<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the last name. You must enter at least one letter. The results will include items whose PI\u2019s last name starts with the letters searched.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Org Code<\/b><\/td>\nEnter a portion or the entire 10-digit organizational code as listed in the FIN Index. You must enter at least one digit.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Research Project Title<\/b><\/td>\nEnter any of the words or string of letters contained in the Short Title. You must enter at least one character.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Sponsoring Agency<\/b><\/td>\nEnter any of the words or string of letters contained in the sponsor name. You must enter at least one character.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Budget Number Assigned<\/b><\/td>\nYou can use the drop-down menu to select Yes, No, or Both to filter the results by whether or not a budget number was assigned.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Search Results<\/b><\/h2>\n

Click the Search button, or press the Enter key, to start the search. Your matching results will display beneath the search criteria. The total number of items in the results displays in the upper right corner of the results list. If there are more than 10 items in the results list, page numbers will display below the list.<\/p>\n

You can sort the results by any one column by clicking on that column\u2019s title. Clicking once will sort the list in descending order; clicking again will reverse the order.<\/p>\n

Biennium<\/strong><\/td>\nThe biennium in which the budget number was assigned to the item<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
PI Name<\/strong><\/td>\nThe PI\u2019s last and first name separated by a comma<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Action\/Request Type<\/strong><\/td>\nOne or more values selected for the item; the values vary by item type<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Amount<\/strong><\/td>\nThe dollar amount associated with the item<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Rec\u2019vd in GCA<\/strong><\/td>\nThe date the item was received in GCA<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Last Action Taken<\/strong><\/td>\nThe last action that was applied to the item<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
