If you deselect all of the boxes, all types display.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Date Created Within 6 Months<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When you select this box, your list shows items just recently created.<\/li>\n<li>You can uncheck this box to see older items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Locations<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By default, the system selects all locations.<\/li>\n<li>If you want to limit your search results to specific locations, uncheck the All Locations check box, then check the desired ones.<\/li>\n<li>Checking a team box will include all desks for that team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Action\/Request Types<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This defaults to including all action\/requests types.<\/li>\n<li>If you want to limit your search results to specific types, uncheck the All Action\/Requests Types check box, then check the desired ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Last Actions<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The system selects All Last Actions by default.<\/li>\n<li>You can select one or more actions from the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>With<\/b><\/p>\n<p>You can use this drop-down menu to further refine the items you select. The choices are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Budget #<\/b> &#8211; enter 1 or more digits. All items that start with a matching number will display. If you enter 2 or more digits, the system will automatically include the hyphen.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Item #<\/b> &#8211; enter the full item number without the alphabetic prefix.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>PI Last Name<\/b> &#8211; enter 1 or more letters.
