{"id":66008,"date":"2026-04-17T11:21:16","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T18:21:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/new-tools\/fids\/topics\/disclosure-review-statuses\/"},"modified":"2026-04-17T11:21:16","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T18:21:16","slug":"disclosure-review-statuses","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/new-tools\/fids\/topics\/disclosure-review-statuses\/","title":{"rendered":"Disclosure Review Statuses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Once you complete a disclosure, the system assigns it a Review Status based on several factors.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>primary disclosure for an eGC1<\/strong> initially has a status of Waiting for JIT (Just-in-Time), regardless of whether the disclosure includes SFI. The disclosure remains in this status until the appropriate time to review it. The disclosure&#8217;s status then changes to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review Required status if it has SFI, or<\/li>\n<li>No Review Required, if it does not have SFI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The status change occurs when one of the following occurs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An After-the-Fact eGC1 reaches In OSP or Approved status<\/li>\n<li>OSP creates a Funding Action for an eGC1 (other than After-the-Fact ones)<\/li>\n<li>An Advance Request is submitted for approval routing and setup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When you complete a\u00a0<strong>disclosure for CoMotion, HSD\/IRB, or just SFI,<\/strong> the system will assign a status. \u00a0If the disclosure has SFI, the status is Waiting for JIT; if there is no SFI, the status is No Review Required.<\/p>\n<p>The Institutional Official will look at disclosures in Waiting for JIT status as needed.\u00a0At the time of review, the disclosure status would change to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pending Answer\u00a0<\/strong>if the Institutional Official has requested information about this disclosure\u00a0from the investigator<\/li>\n<li><strong>Review Complete<\/strong> when the Institutional Official has completed their review of this disclosure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Once you complete a disclosure, the system assigns it a Review Status based on several factors.
