It also captures the review scores and calculates the average score.<\/p>\n<p>To add information to the page, you need to unlock the application.<\/p>\n<h4>Application Details<\/h4>\n<p>This section displays the PI Name, Full Application Title, and Research Area from the parent eGC1 for reference.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2210\" src=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/spaerc_RRF_Review_App_Details.jpg\" alt=\"R R F review application details\" width=\"515\" height=\"125\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Primary Reviewer<\/h4>\n<p>To add the reviewer, click the <strong>Look up New UW Reviewer<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2214\" src=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/spaerc_RRF_Primary_Reviewer.jpg\" alt=\"R R F primary reviewer lookup\" width=\"561\" height=\"144\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/tools\/sage\/guide\/sage-overview\/common-sage-look-up-tools\/personnel-chooser\/\">personnel chooser<\/a> to search for and select the reviewer and add a score.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2211\" src=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/spaerc_RRF_Primary_Reviewer_2.jpg\" alt=\"R R F primary reviewer data\" width=\"549\" height=\"160\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Secondary Reader and Outside Reviewers<\/h4>\n<p>Use the look up button to add UW personnel. If an Outside Reviewer is not at UW, use the First Name and Last Name fields to add them to the page.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2213\" src=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/spaerc_RRF_Outside_Reviewer.jpg\" alt=\"R R F outside reviewer\" width=\"559\" height=\"235\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As you add Outside Reviewers, the order of the names will adjust to list them alphabetically by last name.<\/p>\n<h4>Scores<\/h4>\n<p>Enter the value of each reviewer&#8217;s score. The value must be between 1.00 and 10.00, and will display with two decimal places. For example, if you enter &#8220;7&#8221; as the score, &#8220;7.00&#8221; will display.<\/p>\n<p>The system automatically calculates the\u00a0<strong>Average Score<\/strong>\u00a0as the average of all non-zero scores (rounded to two decimal places). The system updates the value whenever you add or change a score.
