This modal presents read-only information about the related subawards. It includes all of the subawards listed on the details page, but opens centered on the item you clicked.<\/p>\n<p>Clicking on the subaward number or subrecipient name will open the actual subaward item, which will replace the Funding Action in the window.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2240\" src=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/spaerc_fa_subcontracts_review.jpg\" alt=\"funding action subcontracts review window\" width=\"823\" height=\"597\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The subaward section provides the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Total Subcontract Amount Awarded to Date &#8211; the sum of the SA Amount on all subcontract actions associated with this subcontract.<\/li>\n<li>Total Subcontract Expenditures to Date &#8211; this figure is updated daily from the Purchasing and Accounts Payable System and is the sum of all subcontract invoices paid to date.<\/li>\n<li>Total Subcontract UW F&amp;A Expenditures to Date &#8211; this figure is automatically calculated based on the subcontract amount subject to F&amp;A and the budget F&amp;A rate specified in the Financial Accounting System.<\/li>\n<li>Subcontract Status &#8211; either Active or Closed Out.<\/li>\n<li>Subcontract Assigned To &#8211; identifies the OSP Subcontract Team member managing the subcontract.<\/li>\n<li>First Year SC (PO) Number &#8211; the University&#8217;s purchase order number for this action.<\/li>\n<li>Subcontract Amount Subject to UW F&amp;A Costs &#8211; the total dollar amount subject to UW F&amp;A Costs. The value is determined by the F&amp;A Cost Base Type specified on the Funding Action.<\/li>\n<li>UW Subcontract F&amp;A Cost Base Type &#8211; the cost base for this subcontract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following section displays a list of the Subaward Actions associated to the subrecipient. The information displayed includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UW SC (PO) Number<\/li>\n<li>UW Budget Number<\/li>\n<li>FA Number<\/li>\n<li>FA F&amp;A Base Type<\/li>\n<li>Subaward has ARRA Funding &#8211; Yes or No<\/li>\n<li>Subaward Action Amount<\/li>\n<li>Period Start and End Dates<\/li>\n<li>Subaward Action Type<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Subawards Tab<\/h4>\n<p>This tab displays a list of related subaward, as shown in the following image.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2238\" src=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/spaerc_fa_related_subawards.jpg\" alt=\"funding action subaward tab\" width=\"861\" height=\"379\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The information shown includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Subcontract (Subaward) Number &#8211; system-generated unique identifier<\/li>\n<li>Subcontractor (Subrecipient) &#8211; the institution receiving the outgoing subaward<\/li>\n<li>UW Subcontract (PO) Number &#8211; the Purchase Order number<\/li>\n<li>SA Amount &#8211; the dollar amount on the Subaward Action<\/li>\n<li>SA Reporting Date<\/li>\n<li>Status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can click on the <strong>Open<\/strong> link to the left of the Subaward Number to open the item.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Funding Actions may have related Subawards, which you can view either from the main Funding Action page, or by clicking on the Subawards tab.
