{"id":65796,"date":"2026-04-17T11:05:34","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T18:05:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/new-tools\/spaerc\/topics\/applications\/related-funding-and-admin-actions\/"},"modified":"2026-04-17T11:05:34","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T18:05:34","slug":"related-funding-and-admin-actions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/new-tools\/spaerc\/topics\/applications\/related-funding-and-admin-actions\/","title":{"rendered":"Related Funding and Admin Actions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To see a list of any related FAs or AAs, you can click on the Funding Actions or Admin Actions tab in an opened Application.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"relatedFA\">Related Funding Actions<\/h2>\n<p>For FAs, the information shown includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Funding Action Number<\/li>\n<li>Funding Action Amount<\/li>\n<li>Start and End dates of the funding period<\/li>\n<li>UW Budget Number for the currently funded project (six digit value), if assigned<\/li>\n<li>Sponsor Award Number, if present<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can click on the <strong>Open<\/strong> link to the left of the FA Number to open the item.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"relatedAA\">Related Admin Actions<\/h2>\n<p>The AAs displayed here are direct children of the application. An items such as a PAC, which is a child of an FA, will not display.<\/p>\n<p>For AAs, the information shown includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Admin Action Number<\/li>\n<li>Sponsor Name<\/li>\n<li>PI Name<\/li>\n<li>Short Title<\/li>\n<li>Sponsor Award Number, if present<\/li>\n<li>Comment (first 20 characters)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can click on the Admin Action Number to open the item.<\/p>\n<p>The Admin Actions tab also includes a link to &#8220;Create New Admin Action&#8221;.
