This information displays in both SPAERC and SAGE.<\/p>\n<p>To request the status updates, your application must<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>have a status of In OSP<\/li>\n<li>have a post-submission\u00a0Grants.gov tracking number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To start the process:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open and unlock the application<\/li>\n<li>Click on the Status tab<\/li>\n<li>Enter the complete tracking number (GRANT plus all digits) in the text box.<\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8220;Receive Adobe Status Updates&#8221; button to start the process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Information about the submission status will display on the application&#8217;s Status page and the History &amp; Comments page.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 721px;height: 159px\" src=\"\/research\/tools\/spaerc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/01\/adobe_sub_status.jpg\" alt=\"adobe submission status\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"BugEvents\">Status updates will begin to flow through to SPAERC within 10\u00a0minutes.\u00a0 SPAERC users can edit the Grants.Gov tracking ID while the application is still in &#8220;In OSP&#8221; status. Once\u00a0you approve the application, you can no longer edit the tracking ID. If you need to change the tracking ID of an approved application, contact the SAGE Help Desk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Receiving the status updates will also cause the Adobe Submission icon\u00a0to appear on the tasklist for the application.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After you submit an application to the NIH which uses an Adobe form set, you can have the system automatically update the submission status information.
