{"id":65619,"date":"2026-04-17T11:00:16","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T18:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/new-tools\/sage\/subawards\/my-subawards-page\/"},"modified":"2026-04-17T11:01:15","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T18:01:15","slug":"my-subawards-page","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/new-tools\/sage\/subawards\/my-subawards-page\/","title":{"rendered":"My Subawards Page"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#filter_the_list\">Filter the list<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#search_for_subawards\">Search for Subawards<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#create_new_subaward\">Create New Subaward<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When you first enter the Subawards section in SAGE, the My Subawards page opens with a personalized list of your work items.\u00a0 This page displays subawards on which you are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Subaward Preparer<\/li>\n<li>Financial Contact<\/li>\n<li>UW Principal Investigator<\/li>\n<li>Assigned Read\/Write access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The list displays the subawards from newest to oldest.<\/p>\n<p>You can<a href=\"#filter_the_list\" rel=\"noopener\"> filter<\/a> the list based on the status of the overall subaward or the latest subaward request.<\/p>\n<p>You can also <a href=\"#search_for_subawards\" rel=\"noopener\">search<\/a> for and view a subaward if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have assigned Read Only access to the subaward<\/li>\n<li>You are an owner (PI, contact, preparer) of the associated Funding Action\u2019s parent eGC1<\/li>\n<li>You have assigned read-write or read-only access to that parent eGC1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The fields displayed for each subaward listed are:<\/p>\n<table border=\"1\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th>Field<\/th>\n<th>Description<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Subaward Number<\/td>\n<td>System-assigned unique number; select to open the subaward<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Subrecipient Name<\/td>\n<td>Institution receiving the outgoing subaward<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Latest Request Status<\/td>\n<td>Current status of the most recently created request. An arrow icon\u00a0 \u00a0 appears if the request is in Withdrawn or Returned status.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Subaward Status<\/td>\n<td>Current status for the overall subaward<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Subaward Start Date<\/td>\n<td>Starting date for the subaward<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Subaward End Date<\/td>\n<td>Calculated end date of the overall subaward based on all requests in Active or Expired status<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Total Subaward Amount<\/td>\n<td>Calculated amount of the overall subaward based on all requests in Active or Expired status<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>UW PI<\/td>\n<td>UW Principal Investigator\u2019s Name<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Latest BPO Number<\/td>\n<td>The purchase order number for the most recent subaward request<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>FA Org Code<\/td>\n<td>The legacy (pre-Workday Finance) Organization code associated with the former Funding Action (FA) \u00a0 This column will eventually get replaced by the Workday Cost Center for the Award<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Workday Award ID<\/td>\n<td>Workday Award Number (AWD-12345) that is funding the subaward<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>eGC1 Number<\/td>\n<td>Application associated with the Workday Award that funds the subaward<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>eGC1 Short Title<\/td>\n<td>Associated application\u2019s short title<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h2 id=\"filter_the_list\">Filter the list<\/h2>\n<p>Use the filter checkboxes to limit the list to subawards with the selected statuses. Your list will include any subaward whose latest subaward request status <strong>or<\/strong> subaward status matches the selected ones.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7662\" src=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/subawards_my_subawards_filters.jpg\" alt=\"my subawards page filters\" width=\"584\" height=\"79\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The first set of checkboxes are for the status of the latest request. By default, the system selects all of these check boxes.<\/p>\n<p>The second set is for the subaward&#8217;s status. By default, the system selects just Active and Expired.<\/p>\n<p>You can use the Select All and De-Select All links for each status set to easily adjust your list. Review the<a href=\"\/research\/tools\/sage\/guide\/subaward-and-subaward-action-statuses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Subaward and Subaward Request Statuses<\/a> article for status definitions.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"search_for_subawards\">Search for Subawards<\/h2>\n<p>Use Search to quickly find a subaward. Enter a search term in the text box, use the drop-down menu to include My Subawards or All Subawards, and then click <strong>Search<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>You must enter at least one character to search.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7663\" src=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/subawards_my_subawards_search.jpg\" alt=\"my subawards search box\" width=\"417\" height=\"59\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The results will include any subaward with a value that matches your search term for these columns:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Subaward Number<\/li>\n<li>Subrecipient Name<\/li>\n<li>Subaward Start and End Date (MM\/DD\/YYYY)<\/li>\n<li>Total Subaward Amount (matches exact amount)<\/li>\n<li>UW PI<\/li>\n<li>PO Number (only the most recent value is searched)<\/li>\n<li>FA Org Code<\/li>\n<li>eGC1 Number<\/li>\n<li>eGC1 Short Title<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For example, if you search for \u201c555\u201d your results would include Subawards with a Subaward Number of SC555 or SC12555, or an FA Org Code or eGC1 Number that included the value.<\/p>\n<p>In the results list, the Subaward Number is a clickable link if you have permissions\u00a0 to access that subaward.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><strong>Note<\/strong>: the status check boxes selected also affect the search results.<\/p>\n<p>Select the <strong>Clear Search<\/strong> link to refresh the tasklist and display only your subawards.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"create_new_subaward\">Create New Subaward<\/h2>\n<p>Select the<a href=\"\/research\/tools\/sage\/?post_type=oris_guide&amp;p=3579&amp;preview=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Create New Subaward<\/a> button, on the upper right of the page, to start the process of creating a new subaward.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Filter the list Search for Subawards Create New Subaward When you first enter the Subawards section in SAGE, the My Subawards page opens with a personalized&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":28,"featured_media":64575,"parent":65612,"menu_order":6,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","template":"templates\/page-builder-no-image.php","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-65619","page","type-page","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
