{"id":65425,"date":"2026-04-17T11:00:33","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T18:00:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/new-tools\/sage\/egc1-forms\/egc1-pi-personnel-organizations-page\/post-approval-personnel-changes\/"},"modified":"2026-04-17T11:01:28","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T18:01:28","slug":"post-approval-personnel-changes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/new-tools\/sage\/egc1-forms\/egc1-pi-personnel-organizations-page\/post-approval-personnel-changes\/","title":{"rendered":"Post-Approval Personnel Changes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Once OSP approves the eGC1, this section will display the change history for Personnel on the eGC1.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 511px;height: 133px;border-width: 1px;border-style: solid\" src=\"\/research\/tools\/sage\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/04\/post_approval_personnel_changes_section.jpg\" alt=\"post-approval personnel changes section\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The following changes are included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A person is added or deleted<\/li>\n<li>A person\u2019s role changes<\/li>\n<li>A person\u2019s investigator status changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can make these changes on the eGC1 or through the Financial Interest Disclosure System (FIDS). Note that you can only change the PI from the the eGC1. If you change the PI, you will see a warning message with a reminder to contact OSP if sponsor approval is required.<\/p>\n<p>When you copy an eGC1, the Personnel Changes section of the original eGC1 is not included.<\/p>\n<p>For each change, the following information is displayed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>Name<\/strong> and employee ID of the person whose information has changed<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Role Type<\/strong> of the person prior to the change<\/li>\n<li>The name of the individual who made the change (<strong>Entered by<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Date<\/strong> and time of the change<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Action Taken<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Added to eGC1<\/li>\n<li>Deleted from eGC1<\/li>\n<li>Investigator status change from &lt;old value&gt; to &lt;new value&gt;<\/li>\n<li>Role changed from &lt;old value&gt; to &lt;new value&gt;<\/li>\n<li>SFI value changed from &lt;old value&gt; to &lt;new value&gt;<\/li>\n<li>Indicated current participation (this change would be made from within FIDS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Once OSP approves the eGC1, this section will display the change history for Personnel on the eGC1.
