Approvers may contact these persons during the review process. OSP and\/or GCA staff may contact them following the awarding of funds.<\/p>\n<p>Review the <a href=\"sage-budget-and-egc1-shared-access-data\">SAGE Budget and eGC1 Shared Access Data<\/a> page to learn how contact information is displayed on the shared access page of your eGC1 and its connected SAGE Budget.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> This page is editable regardless of the eGC1\u2019s status.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Add Contact <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Click on either the <strong>Look Up Administrative Contact <\/strong>or <strong>Look Up Pre-Award Budget Contact <\/strong>button on the <strong>Contacts &amp; Assign Access <\/strong>page to open the <a href=\"personnel-chooser\">Personnel Chooser<\/a>. Search for and select the person.<\/p>\n<p>The information displayed for both contacts is the same.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11156 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/AdministrativeContact.png\" alt=\"Administrative Contact field\" width=\"431\" height=\"170\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name and Employee ID<\/li>\n<li>Selected unit: the name and cost center of the contact&#8217;s unit for the appointment selected. This is automatically displayed by SAGE.<\/li>\n<li>Title: the contact\u2019s title from the directory. This field is editable.<\/li>\n<li>Phone: the contact\u2019s phone number\u00a0from the directory. This field is editable and is required.<\/li>\n<li>Email: the contact\u2019s email address from the directory. This field is editable and is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Change Contact<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To select a different contact, click the appropriate <strong>Change the (Admin\/Budget) Contact? <\/strong>link beneath the contact information to open the personnel chooser.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Remove Contact<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To remove a contact, click the appropriate <strong>Remove the (Admin\/Budget) Contact? <\/strong>link beneath the contact information to clear the selection.<\/p>\n<p>When you choose to change or remove yourself as a contact, a warning message will appear.
