{"id":65340,"date":"2026-04-17T11:00:40","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T18:00:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/new-tools\/sage\/egc1-forms\/delete-egc1\/"},"modified":"2026-04-17T11:01:33","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T18:01:33","slug":"delete-egc1","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/new-tools\/sage\/egc1-forms\/delete-egc1\/","title":{"rendered":"Delete an eGC1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Anyone with read\/write access can delete\u00a0an eGC1 in <strong>Composing <\/strong>status.<\/p>\n<p>You can delete an eGC1 in <strong>Withdrawn<\/strong>\u00a0or <strong>Returned\u00a0<\/strong>status, if<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have read\/write access \u00a0<strong>AND<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The eGC1 was completed or re-completed more than six months ago.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the eGC1&#8217;s status is <strong>Routing<\/strong>\u00a0or <strong>In OSP<\/strong> with Ready to Submit marked\u00a0<strong>No<\/strong>,\u00a0you will need to withdraw it before you can delete it. You cannot withdraw an eGC1 at\u00a0<strong>In OSP<\/strong>\u00a0status and marked <strong>Yes<\/strong> for Ready to Submit. Instead, contact OSP and request they return the eGC1.<\/p>\n<p>To delete the eGC1:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the delete icon (trash can) on the top navigation bar.<\/li>\n<li>Click OK to confirm that you want to delete the eGC1.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anyone with read\/write access can delete\u00a0an eGC1 in Composing status.
