Review the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/learning\/online\/index.php\/lessons\/managing-award-requests-list-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Managing Your SAGE Award Requests List<\/a> video for a demonstration of features with examples.<\/p>\n<p>From the Award Requests list page you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and manage<a href=\"\/research\/tools\/sage\/guide\/awards\/create-a-new-award-setup-request\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Award Setup Requests<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Create and manage<a href=\"\/research\/tools\/sage\/guide\/awards\/modification-requests\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Modification Requests<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Open an existing item, including requests initiated by OSP (OSP Setup status or Composing)<\/li>\n<li>Search for a request<\/li>\n<li>Filter the lists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following image shows the header and a few columns and rows of the Award Requests page:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14305\" src=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/Award-Requests-List-with-holds-and-icon.png\" alt=\"A screenshot of the Award Requests list.\" width=\"1914\" height=\"839\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"display\">Request List Display<\/h2>\n<p>For each existing request, the list displays the following information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><strong>Note<\/strong>: The <strong>Request ID<\/strong> and <strong>Short Title<\/strong> columns are \u201cfrozen\u201d so they are always visible. You can scroll to the right to see the additional columns. If you have more than ten requests, the system will add pagination links at the lower right of the page. You can also customize the number of items on the page to 25 or 50.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"search\">Search for a Request<\/h2>\n<p>The results display below the <strong>Search By<\/strong> menu. The first line indicates the number of results found, up to ten items. The list will include items you have read-only or edit access to. Advance Requests may appear in the search results.<\/p>\n<p>If no matches are found, the following text displays:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No Matches. Try a different search term or choose another option to Search By.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><strong>Note<\/strong>: the search icon (magnifying glass) is always enabled. This means you can enter a different value and start a new search at any time.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"filter\">Filter Options<\/h2>\n<p>To filter the list of award requests, select <strong>Filter List<\/strong> at the upper right of the page to open the Filter Requests panel. Selecting the button again, or the X in the upper-right corner, closes the panel. The following image shows the Filter List button:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/awards_tasklist_filter_button.jpg\" alt=\"awards tasklist filter list button\" width=\"129\" height=\"55\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are four different filters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By Award (Workday Award ID)<\/li>\n<li>By Principal Investigator<\/li>\n<li>By Status<\/li>\n<li>By Request Type<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can apply one or more of these filters to your list.<\/p>\n<p>Select one or more values to include requests with the desired <strong>By Status<\/strong> or <strong>By Request Type<\/strong>. A selected filter value will change color to blue and include a checkmark. Selecting it a second time removes that value.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Status values are:\n<ul>\n<li>All Statuses &#8211; selected by default, with a light blue color<\/li>\n<li>Composing<\/li>\n<li>Routing<\/li>\n<li>GCA Assigned<\/li>\n<li>Processed<\/li>\n<li>Returned<\/li>\n<li>Withdrawn<\/li>\n<li>Denied<\/li>\n<li>OSP Assigned<\/li>\n<li>OSP Setup<\/li>\n<li>GCA Workday Setup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Request Type values are:\n<ul>\n<li>All Request Types &#8211; selected by default, with a light blue color<\/li>\n<li>Award Setup Request<\/li>\n<li>Modification Request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To filter <strong>By Principal Investigator<\/strong>, enter the person&#8217;s name in the search box. You can enter as First Last or as Last, First. Select the person from the results list.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have chosen all of the desired filter values, select the <strong>Apply Filters<\/strong> button to display the tasklist with all those filters applied. The number of results displayed based on your filtering selections will be indicated.<\/p>\n<p>The following image shows the Routing and OSP Assigned status filters selected along with the Award Setup Request type. This filtered the tasklist to 285 results, as indicated just above the <strong>Apply Filters<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/Filtering-Options-in-the-Awards-Requests-List.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13616\" src=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/Filtering-Options-in-the-Awards-Requests-List.png\" alt=\"Screenshot that shows filtering options selected for the Routing and OSP Approved Statuses for only Award Setup Requests.\" width=\"474\" height=\"1081\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Select the<strong> Reset Filters<\/strong> button to remove all filtering.
