However, if the\u00a0ad-hoc reviewer has already provided approval, the node cannot be removed from the approval graph, as it is part of the approval history.<\/p>\n<p>To remove an ad hoc reviewer, click the <strong>Delete<\/strong> link in the graph node, or next to the approver on the text flow page. This opens the <strong>Remove Reviewer<\/strong> page in a pop-up window. The pop-up contains two sections: Application Details and Reviewer Details.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Application Details<\/strong> section lists selected fields from the eGC1 to help you confirm you are viewing the correct item. The data fields include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>eGC1Number<\/li>\n<li>Full Application Title<\/li>\n<li>PI Name<\/li>\n<li>Org Code Receiving Funding<\/li>\n<li>OSP Due Date<\/li>\n<li>Ready To Submit value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>Reviewer Details<\/strong> section lists the Role, Reason, and Status for this reviewer and includes a comments field.<\/p>\n<p>Use the <strong>Comments required when deleting an ad hoc reviewer<\/strong> field to enter the reason for removal. Select the <strong>Remove<\/strong> button to complete the process or the\u00a0<strong>Cancel<\/strong> link to return to the flow page.
