Clicking it opens a pop-up window containing two sections: Application Details and Comment, as shown in the following image.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9493\" src=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/approvals_add_comment_dialog.jpg\" alt=\"approvals add comment dialog\" width=\"741\" height=\"449\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Application Details<\/strong> section lists selected fields from the eGC1 to help you confirm that you are viewing the correct item. The data fields include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application Number<\/li>\n<li>Short Title<\/li>\n<li>PI Name<\/li>\n<li>Org Code Receiving Funding<\/li>\n<li>Sponsor Name<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>Comments<\/strong> section includes a text box for entering your comment and an <strong>Add Comment<\/strong> button to complete the process. There is also a <strong>Cancel<\/strong> link that will return you to the Approval Flow page without saving a comment.<\/p>\n<p>Any comments you enter and save will display on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washington.edu\/research\/tools\/sage\/guide\/approvals\/history-comments\/\">History &amp; Comments<\/a> page, and therefore will be visible to all persons with access to the eGC1.
