Registered Graduate Ticket Distribution Schedule
Guest tickets will be distributed on the UW-Seattle Campus in First Year Programs, MGH 120 on the specified dates outlined below:
- Dates: Tuesday, May 31st – Friday, June 3rd
- Times: 8:30am-4:30pm
When you come to pick up the tickets please bring your UW ID Card. If you trust someone else to pick up the tickets on your behalf, you will need to email us asap with that person’s name, id number, date and time they will pick up your tickets to email@example.com. They will need to bring their ID with them.
For those who requested less than 4 tickets, you will get the number of tickets you have been designated on your registration. Everyone else will be given 4 tickets. You as the graduate will not need a ticket. The numbered tickets are for your guests.
Please make sure you give the tickets to your guest before you arrive at the ceremony since you need to arrive earlier to the venue. Please see the next section for extra tickets.
Extra Tickets are distributed on a first come first serve basis and you will receive a confirmation email that you have been given extra tickets. Extra tickets can be picked up (or requested to be at will call) on Tuesday, June 7th or Wednesday, June 8th in Mary Gates 120. We understand the frustration with not having your entire family attend the ceremony. However, we are limited in space.
If you are requesting more than 4 tickets, fill out this Undistributed Ticket Request Form by June 3, 2022: https://forms.gle/EjMv2iYBtnyrSewb7.
For additional questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If any additional unclaimed tickets are available after 4:30pm on June 8th, an e-mail will be sent to registrants with details of the distribution of those tickets. Please be patient with our process. We want to accommodate as many of your guests as possible.
If you are not on the Seattle Campus after June 8th for extra or unclaimed tickets ONLY, you can email email@example.com and request tickets to be at will call.
