FAS source documents are kept in:

I:\groups\is-fin\FAS\

under directories that largely mirror our web directories.

By source documents I mean files that are not .html files.

Only final documents that will actually be accessed from a web page are stored in our web directories.

I:\groups\is-fin\FAS\Biennial\2011

It is preferable to expose documents as .pdf files rather than Word, Excel or other document types if it is practical.

This is still a work in progress.

The www directories should not be changed without consultation among team members.

These directories have been consolidated, flattened and organized in a more straightforward manner.

Please keep it that way.

Annual process documents are stored in:

I:\groups\www\www\world\is\fin\fas\annual

General documents that apply to all years are stored in the annual directory.

Documents that pertain to an individual year are stored in:

I:\groups\www\www\world\is\fin\fas\annual\2011 (for example).

Biennial Documents are stored in a similar manner:

I:\groups\www\www\world\is\fin\fas\biennial

I:\groups\www\www\world\is\fin\fas\biennial\<year>
