Effective August 14, 2021, the University is requiring everyone, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a face covering indoors.

All IMA members must be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination. We will not be allowing any exemptions.  If you are unable to provide proof of COVID vaccination status you will not be allowed to utilize the IMA.

The following are included as acceptable proof of vaccination:

  1. CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or photo of the card;
  2. Documentation of vaccination from a health care provider or electronic health record;
  3. State immunization information system record; or
  4. For an individual who was vaccinated outside of the United States, a reasonable equivalent of any of the above.

“Fully vaccinated” means 2 weeks after the second does in a 2-does vaccine series (e.g., Pfizer or Moderna) or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, (e.g., Johnson & Johnson).
