Course description: This special topics course introduces students to contemporary leadership concepts and aims to develop students’ leadership identity and efficacy.  Through a combination of lectures, assessment tools and peer coaching, this leadership lab offers students a customized experience of self-reflection and connection to others to accelerate their authentic leadership development.  This course is designed for first year, second year and transfer students in any major.

Course day/time:  Mondays, 2:30-4:20 p.m.
